Grateful for my latest book

My brand new book, GRATITUDE TIGER, will soon be released.

176 pages in length, hardbound, with a Foreword by Olympic gold medal ski racer Picabo Street, and published by Greenleaf Press, I am very satisfied with the final product.

I “turned professional,” for lack of a better term, as a writer 27 years ago. That is when I took my first job as a columnist for a small newspaper in coastal South Carolina.

If someone had told me 25 years ago that I would eventually write 10 books, I wouldn’t have believed it. That would’ve seemed like too much of a dream, wildly ambitious, unrealistic, as I have always held writers, particularly book writers, in high esteem.

But things evolved. Slowly, at first, then with more momentum, I was deeply enmeshed in the golf world for 20+ years, the books coming one after the next.

But this new title is a nag of a different tint. GRATITUDE TIGER is an effort to show the beauty, personal connection and enrichment that occurs when you take the time and effort to communicate with people who have helped you on your path.

Writing letters of gratitude is a life affirming and life enhancing hobby to undertake, and that is the message I share in a book that is by turn irreverent, fast paced, poignant, thought provoking, and  easy to read.

I am grateful I have reached out to literally hundreds of people, letting them know they’ve been important to me. And I am equally grateful that I’ve conceived and executed this highly unusual new book!📕
